Orders are shipped within 48 hours, provided the item is available in stock. If not, the shipping time may vary depending on the specific dress model selected. To check the availability of a dress, please contact us via email to confirm that it will be shipped within the timeframe indicated on our website.
We work with manufacturers located in the United States, Brasil and Asia to ensure the highest quality fabrics!
Your product will be shipped directly from the factory to you. Delivery times generally range from 4 to 9 business days, although in certain cases with potential shipping issues, it may take up to 15 business days. Customs delays may also affect delivery times; any delay due to customs processing will not be counted as part of the standard delivery timeframe.
In the case of a significant delay with your order, please contact us at customerservice@horusthelabel.com, and we will assist you with tracking the order and providing the necessary support. If your order is no longer with the courier, contact us immediately so we can verify the issue with our suppliers. If there is a confirmed logistical issue with your order, we will process a FULL refund or arrange for the item to be reshipped at no additional cost to you.
