Once you receive instructions, send your item to the provided address.
Please use a shipping method with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. So we offer a 24-hour cancellation window, as long as your tracking code has not yet been generated.
After this period, or once your order is processed for shipping, cancellations are no longer possible.

Important Notes
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be unused, in original condition, and have all labels and tags attached.
Returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and all returns must be sent to our central warehouse.
If you ordered the wrong size, you’re welcome to exchange it for a different size—or choose between store credit or a refund, depending on your case.
