Order Cancellation
At HORUS THE LABEL, every order matters to us. We do our best to process and ship your purchases quickly and efficiently.
For this reason, cancellations are only possible under specific conditions.
Can I Cancel My Order?
We allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order or if the tracking number has not yet been generated/received.
Once your order enters our fulfillment queue, it is forwarded to our logistics partners for immediate processing. After that point, your package may already be in preparation for shipment or in transit, making it impossible to stop or cancel the order.
Why Can’t Orders Be Canceled After Processing?
Our system is designed to reduce delays, especially for international deliveries. Orders are sent directly to the warehouse shortly after checkout, which:

Minimizes delivery times
Because of this, if your order has already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.
What If I No Longer Want the Item?
If you've changed your mind but your order has already been processed, here’s what you can do:

Allow the package to be delivered.

Submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order, following our standard return process.

Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our eligibility criteria, we’ll process your refund.

We do not cancel orders due to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or delivery delays, especially after the package has shipped.
