7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery, in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and other international consumer protection laws.

Items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • With all tags and labels attached

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placement.
After this period, the order will be in processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
